I like these! They're covered in a sour sugar and each are a fairly large cube with 25mg of caffeine each, with 4 per pack. The packs are are each individually packed so you could easily take them in a purse, gym bag, desk or car. They give you that boost you need when you're beginning to feel sluggish or need some energy for a work out. The only thing I think that could be better woulr be if they cut down the size and just put more of them in the bag, kind of like Sour Patch Kids. They're softer than Sour Patch Kids but if you made them smaller, like that size, it would really feel like eating gummies or candy!
